Dance like nobody’s watching…
..and that is exactly what I did! A dark room full of people all with the same aim – to dance like a crazy person for an hour all in the safety and knowledge that no-one can see you. No I wasn’t drunk, this was a Monday evening and what better way to start the week!
‘It’s a shore thing’….
Nothing like a spontaneous half marathon to get that heart pumping and fitness regime started. And so we find ourselves on Takapuna Beach early Sunday morning, ready to embrace the day.
Whakapapa – Fakapapa – aka ski time
One thing that hasn’t slipped our minds these last few weeks is the reality that it is winter here! (Come on it wouldn’t be a brits blog if we didn’t talk about the weather!). Despite being ‘winter’ it’s been pretty balmy however, the amount of rain has been really quite impressive. Now if there’s rain and you go high enough, you must find snow and this is good news!

As with any move you get a renewed vitality and energy to try different things, pick up old hobbies and in this case, persevere to improve on sports that haven’t always been your friend.
